How Classical Tailam Are Made — and How Modern GMP Changes the Process

This is a sample placeholder article. Replace with final SEO copy before launch.

Classical Ayurvedic oils (Tailam) are prepared by Sneha Paka — cooking a base oil with herb decoctions (kwatha) and pastes (kalka) until the moisture is driven off in defined stages. The classical endpoints (Mridu, Madhyama, Khara Paka) are sensory; modern GMP adds measurable ones.

In our facility, temperature profiles are logged, moisture endpoints are verified analytically, and every batch is tested for acid value and peroxide value before packing — preserving the classical process while making it reproducible and auditable for export markets.

The result is a Tailam that a therapist recognizes as true to text, and a regulatory team can file without surprises.
