QC & testing process

Raw material authentication
Every incoming botanical is verified for identity against pharmacopoeial monographs — macroscopy, TLC fingerprinting and foreign-matter checks — before release to production.

In-process controls
Extraction parameters, Paka endpoints, temperatures and yields are logged at defined checkpoints; deviations quarantine the batch.

Finished product testing
Assay (HPLC/UV/gravimetry), loss on drying, heavy metals, microbiology and residual solvents tested against the agreed specification.

Documentation & release
QC-approved batches ship with CoA, MSDS and specification sheet; retention samples are held for the product's shelf life.
