Classical processes. Modern plant. Audited discipline.

Everything happens under one roof at Plot No 785/4, 40 Shed Area, Vapi - 396195, Gujarat, India — from raw botanical to export-packed, documented shipment.

Capacity

Sized for commercial supply, flexible for pilots

Indicative capacity figures — to be confirmed. Dedicated equipment trains prevent cross-contamination between extracts, oils and formulations.

Packing & dispatch

Food-grade contact packaging, batch coding, palletizing and container-loading support for export shipments.

Process overview

From botanical to booked shipment

  1. 1

    Sourcing & authentication

Botanicals procured from identified farm clusters and verified against pharmacopoeial monographs on arrival.

  2. 2

    Cleaning & preparation

Destoning, washing, drying and size reduction in dedicated pre-processing areas.

  3. 3

    Extraction / Sneha Paka

Aqueous or hydro-alcoholic extraction for powders; classical Kwatha–Kalka–Sneha cooking for Tailam.

  4. 4

    Concentration & drying

Vacuum concentration followed by spray or tray drying to target moisture and density.

  5. 5

    Blending & standardization

Batches blended and standardized to the agreed active content and mesh size.

  6. 6

    QC, packing & dispatch

Full specification testing, then packing with CoA, MSDS and export documents.
